“I am grateful for this opportunity to talk a bit about my dearest friend and now an amazing life coach ‘Anjali Nambiar’
I have known Anjali for almost 21 years of my life. She is one of the most determined, intelligent and loving people I know.
She has an amazing capacity to adapt to new surroundings, moving cities and countries, making them her own, all while creating memorable experiences and lasting friendships. She is a doting, involved Rockstar of a mother to 2 amazing sons. She is a fiercely loyal, caring and dependable friend with the sunniest of dispositions. She gives a100% to family and friends.
Above and beyond all of this she firmly believes in self growth and each individuals capacity to change themselves and their lives.
Everyone is tested at different times, with varying intensities sometimes leaving us confused, ridden with guilt, fear, self - doubt and sometimes shattered. I am no exception to that, and I am happy sharing that I have seen many counselors over the years. Some of whom have been very good for me. As a friend, I often reach out to Anjali, who was always there for me, but I saw a huge shift when she started her training as a coach, all of a sudden, the venting sessions very organically switched to coaching. Through many of the tools in her arsenal, she systematically changed the flow of our conversation.
She helped me first acknowledge what I felt without judgement, helped me identify recurring patterns that lead to the same problem. Shared tools with me to create self- awareness so as to not fall into the same self- sabotaging mode again. Helped create more positive statements that transformed a negative situation to one that was ready for positive - growth.
She patiently listened and guided me through some very emotional and painful situations. Most importantly she constantly pointed out my strengths, encouraging me to take responsibility for my actions without judgement, using gratitude and forgiveness for self and others. I saw that my beautiful friend had become a wonderful coach without realizing it. It is a life changing attitude not just a skill used at times. She actively imbibes all that she suggests in her sessions.
It’s very easy to recognize when a person understands and speaks from experience. Combining this and the acquired skills makes for very qualified coach who will not give up on you and will not allow you to give up on yourself.
I am grateful for all of the many times she has guided me in the past and continues to do so now. She is my safe zone.
To acknowledge that one needs help, is the first bold and courageous step to help one’s self.
If you are reading this, you are allready on your way. I would blindly vouch for my friend and my coach ‘Anjali Nambiar.’”
